Social Inclusion programme

Persons with disabilities with significantly lowered work efficiency (under 30% of work efficiency) are included in Social inclusions programmes. They are sent to the programme by the Employment Service of Slovenia.  Aim of the programme is to promote social inclusion and the preservation and development of work skills of the programme participants. Users participate in a secure and professionally managed group situations, exchanges, workshops and interviews, testing and developing constructive ways of thinking and reacting, which can be later transferred into everyday life. Users have the option of a group and/or individual counselling and assistance in resolving personal problems, formulating and expressing opinions and design and maintenance of constructive interpersonal relationships. They are involved in simple work process under constant mentorship of Papilot's professionals on everyday basis.
